When you open bitcommet you'll notice a bar on the left side of the screen. There should be two tabs, one is bookmarks and another is channel. Click on the channel tab. A folder named "My sharing" would be visible. Double click on it. Then you'll see all of running downloads and completed downloads. There is a checkbox on the left side. Check it if tou want to share those files. In this box you can drag any folder or files for sharing. When you would drag a file in that window , a new screen will pop up which will ask you for location where you want to save your torrent file. Default location is where the real (the file you are going to share) file is located. Press ok to create the torrent file. You can also modify this torrent by modifying its properties like you can embed you name or a url to the torrent.
